401 King Street Condos – Project Details

401 King Street Condos is a new condo development by Great Gulf currently in pre-construction at 401 King St W, Toronto. 401 King Street Condos has a total of 615 units.

The proposal project is a 56-storey mixed-use building containing retail uses within the first two storeys of a 12 and 13-storey base building.

The building includes a partial mezzanine floor above the first floor, so although the building is described in the application as a 55-storey building, it is in fact a 56-storey building.

The facades of the buildings at 401, 407 and 409 King Street West, which are listed on the City’s Register of Heritage Resources, would be incorporated into the façade of the building facing King Street West.
