The Well Condos Summary

The Well Condos  is a new condominium located at Front and Wellington developed by Tridel , Rhapsody Property Management Services , RioCan Living and Allied Properties.

The project is scheduled to launch in Spring 2019.

The Well Condos is a 1.4 billion dollar mixed-use and master-planned  community located in Toronto’s Fashion District.

The Fashion District also known as the Garment District  is a commercial and residential district in Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The Fashion District is located between the intersection of Bathurst Street to the west, Spadina Avenue to the east, Queen Street West to the north and King Street to the south.

The Well is the most ambitious mixed-use endeavor in Canada, located in the heart of Toronto’s west end. Bordering Front, Spadina, and Wellington.

The design includes 1.1 million square feet of office, 500,000 square feet of retail and food services, and 1,800 residential units spread throughout seven buildings connected to a 3-level retail base.

Tridel is a major real estate developer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the largest builder of condominiums in the Toronto area. Tridel was founded in the 1930s and has built some 80,000 homes.
